By accessing or using the Llavis platform at llavis.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Llavis provides a platform for real estate agents to manage their Digital Briefcase, communicate with buyers and other agents, and participate in a trusted co-broke network. The platform includes AI-powered tools for listing management, email communication, and lead generation.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Agent Responsibilities
As an agent on the Llavis platform, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful property listing information
- Honour co-broke commission agreements made through the platform
- Comply with all applicable real estate laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
- Not use the platform for fraudulent or misleading purposes
5. Digital Witness Protocol
Co-broke agreements facilitated through the Digital Witness Protocol are binding between the participating agents. Llavis provides the technology infrastructure but is not a party to individual co-broke agreements.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your property listings and content. By uploading content to Llavis, you grant us a licence to display and distribute it within the platform as necessary to provide our services.
7. Limitation of Liability
Llavis is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform.
