Click "Request Co-Broke" and add an optional message introducing yourself or your buyer. The listing agent is notified instantly by email and in their Messages tab.

Accept & Set Terms

The listing agent reviews your request, sets the commission split (default 50/50, fully adjustable), and accepts. A Digital Witness Protocol agreement is generated automatically.

Sign & Collaborate

Counter-sign the DWP agreement and the partnership is live. The property appears in both portfolios, and you can message each other directly within the platform.

Cryptographically Sealed Agreements

Every co-broke partnership is backed by a Digital Witness Protocol agreement — a tamper-proof record of who agreed to what, and when.

Unique Agreement Number

Every agreement gets a unique DWP number (e.g. DWP-2026-847291) — a permanent reference for both parties.

SHA-256 Integrity Hash

The full agreement content — parties, property, commission, terms — is hashed with SHA-256. Any change breaks the seal.

Dual Signatures

The listing agent signs on acceptance. The requesting agent counter-signs separately. Both timestamps are permanently recorded.

Public Verification

Anyone with the agreement link can verify its integrity. The hash is recomputed server-side and compared — no trust required.
